Been here a few times and it was usually an 7.5/10 stay, until the last time(2/8/24-2/9/24) someone went in to my car and stole important things, nearly a thousand dollars worth of stuff and I found out in the morning. They lied(Filipino zoom girl) and said they'll call me and make sure to check the cameras and keep me updated to find out who did it and they haven't called me at all. 😢 Never coming back because of that.

People say the parking is free but Iya really 10$ a night atleast for the first night. I will say tho this was one of the most clean rooms I have been in especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

1. Rooms : Smells like weed... I was having headaches. 2. SERVICE!!!! : Almost took an hour to check in. The receptionist was the calmest guy ever. Had to fill out all those documents which took forever to load it on the screen. Never had those happened to me at other accomodation facilities. 20 minutes passed, got the keys only to find out the room was filled with weed odor so requested a different room. Waited for another 20 minutes before somebody who was struggling with the check-in as well and was fuming, only to get the WRONG KEYCARD that made me return back to the receptionist. And this guy was the "calmest" guy ever. It felt my time was flowing much faster than his. Rebooting, loading the documents again, and getting the wrong keycard again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. After an hour had passed, the waitress helped me with the keys and finally got into the room. Great job receptionist!

If you're looking for a decent place to sleep near SF, this is a decent place. Its not perfect but then again, they aren't asking for an arm and a leg. The downside is that most of the patrons here are working class patrons who are in town for work, hence expect that they might be up and about when you're still sleeping. They have some decent amenities like a keurig machine and microwave as well a washer and dryer, and ice machine. The Wifi is rather slow. It works but expect it to be a little frustrating. If you're planning on using public transport to access the SF area, you might want to consider somewhere closer to SF but driving and parking in SF isn't bad if you're visiting during off peak parts of the year. Would I stay here again? Likely given the affordable pricing and convenient parking, which is $10 a day.

I usually really like this place but recently we have had a terrible experience. We were double charged for a trip and it’s been two weeks with no help from the manager on reversing the charge. I have called and sent emails only to be pushed around and handed off to the next person. Really disappointing as we enjoy using Alpine for our SF adventures

One of the worse places to stay at. The counter service was smelly the person attending was super slow and had no eye contact. The room smelt so bad, beds had springs coming out, the shower door was busted the floor to the shower had a hole with tape and shower mat covering I felt like I was going to fall through the shower floor, tape all around inside shower cover holes. Reviews and pictures to this place make it seem so nice and in person not the same.

Forget it . Bed sheet not replaced. Comes with hardwater stain. Very yellowish. Bathroom and mirror door broken. Room smells unhumidified or clothes not completely dried up. Tv not working. Dark area at night kind of sketchy. No front desk. 24/7 Even on checking in on phone prior coming. No 1 answers. Net sucks. Blow dryer not working idk i ended up sleeping on thanksgiving with a friends house on the floor. As i reject to sleep on a dirty linen unchanged
